How to Article Marketing Can Help YOUR Business Succeed

It is well known that Article Marketing is one of the most powerful traffic generation tools available. The traffic that you receive from article marketing can be very long lasting and is also very highly targeted - just what you want for your online business. Often when someone clicks that link in your article resource box through to your website, they are often already pre-disposed to be interested in what you are offering, whether that is more information or purchasing a product that you are recommending.
Many people out there do article marketing all wrong though and as a result it just doesn’t work. The traffic is very few, doesn’t last too long and they don’t get many click throughs to their website. This doesn’t mean that article marketing doesn’t work (even though many of those that fail think it doesn’t) it just means that you need to change the way you are doing it to make it more effective.
When you write an article for the purpose of article marketing, to get people that read those articles to follow through to your website, you need to try and ’sell’ your readers into taking action and clicking on that link to visit your website. You don’t want a big cheesy sales letter, you need to be subtle yet enticing.
One of the most important parts of your article is your headline because your headline will determine the number of people that will even read your article in the first place. Your headline needs to capture people’s attention and make them want to read your article.
Then of course there is the body of the article. You want an article that gives good quality information that will capture your readers and keep them reading to the end. But you don’t want to give them all the information that they are seeking, you need to leave them wanting more so that they will want to click that link back to your site to find out more.
You don’t want to finish your article with a heavy conclusion, you want your readers to need to learn more about your niche, make them ‘need’ to click on your website link.
Then lastly there is your resource or bio box which is where you will grab your reader and get them to click that link. This is where you need a ‘call to action’. Don’t just write something like
‘this article was written by Joe Blow here is the link to his website’,
that isn’t grabbing your readers and making them want to click that link.
You want to write something like
Article Marketing can really transform your business to a whole new level, Click here visit our website to learn how to use article marketing effectively to give you the best results’
See how the second one is telling the reader how clicking on that link is going to benefit them and their business.
So if you want to use Article Marketing to transform your business (and I really recommend that you do) then make sure you do it right, because it really does work!
