A return on investment for a promotional giveaway can be difficult to pin down, but determining that return on investment is critical in making key marketing decisions for large trade shows and conferences. One of the items that offer a great return on investment is the conference bag.
Conference bags are the bags that people carry around with them at a conference, and they use it to carry the promotional items that everyone else gives them. In recent years, it has become apparent to many companies that being the company that supplies the bag for carrying items is much more valuable than the promotional items being carried in the bag.
When you are designing conference bags you want to choose a bag made of quality cloth or nylon as your starting point, because these bags need to be durable enough for people to want to use them. Make sure your company logo and company name is highly visible on both sides of the bag, and you can make the look as involved or simple as you prefer. The point is to create hundreds or thousands of walking billboards that will advertise your company everywhere they go during the conference. If your bags are spacious enough and of a high quality, then they will become a desired promotional item at the conference and that will greatly increase traffic to your display area.
If you design your bags perfectly they will continued to be used after the conference. Everyone looks for that perfect bag to carry their items in, thus yours will be used long after your conference or trade show has taken place. This give you a wider audience to advertise to, increasing you return on investment.
